"Laws and regulations of clinical trials in daily practice”

Accredited GCP training for anyone who is involved in clinical research

 

Clinical research has to be conducted according to international and local standard guidelines established in the International Conference on Harmonisation Good Clinical Practice (ICH GCP), Dutch law of medical-scientific research in humans and European Clinical Trial Directive.

By conducting research according to these guidelines the welfare, rights and safety of the participating patient are warranted. In addition the results generated are reliable and accurate. Therefore by law investigators should be familiar with and act according to these guidelines.

CTS offers ICH GCP training courses for anyone who is involved in clinical research:

Target group all research staff: researchnurses, laboratory personnel, physician's assistants, medical secretaries and pharmacists assistants.

Target group physicians: medical specialists and general practitioners, professors, IEC/IRB and trialbureau members, trialcoordinators and representatives of the pharmaceutical industry i.e. medical advisors, project assistants and CRAs.

Our training is given in the Netherlands and Belgium. Since the differences in laws and regulations of the countries you are advised to participate in the country you do your research.

In company training or training adapted to your wishes for instance in English or in your own hospital can be created on a date to be determined, with a minimum of 5 participants. The same is applicable for our one day training, if their is no available date listed at the planned dates.  Contact us for the possibilities.

The Accreditation Bureau Medical Specialists (ABAN) has accredited our two days training for 13 accreditation points. Our one day training has been accreditated for 6 accreditation points. To be able to gain the accreditation points (NL) as medical specialist also subscribe through the GAIA-system: www.PE-online.org.

Accreditation has been established aswell for researchnurses: "Verpleegkundigen & Verzorgenden": 2 days (12 points), 1 day (6 points), in company training (points depending on effective training time during the course).
